We love visiting 7 Springs, and this property is perfect for our family. We love the location and spaciousness, and our kids love watching movies in the basement theater!

We've stayed in several of the Southwind properties over the years. This property was on par with the other properties. High end appliances, including washer & dryer, make staying for a week comfortable and convenient. It's close to the pool and rec center and we were able to swim every day - we were often the only people at the pool! Jeff called prior to our trip to provide contact information and a text with all the codes we needed.

The place was quite dusty and neglected. The kitchen floor sounded like it was going to cave in. The hot tub we looked forward to turned out to be at the clubhouse, and it's outdoors. Not easy to use when it's frozen. The location to skiing isn't bad but you do have to walk a bit to get back. It's not actually a ski in place because the lift isn't working. The thing that I found most annoying was that they didn't even have ESPN on the TV. I tried to get the owner to add it but he told me it would be $600 a year to his plan and it didn't make sense for a rental property. I can understand not having premium channels but I imagine many guests would like ESPN. I also don't think it's $50 a month to add ESPN. It's also not a smart TV so I couldn't even screen share anything.
To me it wasn't quite worth what I paid. For the money I spent I would expect a clean place, with decent TV options. But I have to be honest that it's a pretty nice location.
