About this apartment rental
Oceanside apartment comfortably furnished and well -equipped that is located in the 'heart' of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens you will need to bring your own or rent them from Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. Top floor apartment will comfortably sleep 6-7 people. Just steps from the beach and the downtown area. The 'walking loop' is just steps away. This is a 3 mile walk around the island. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, play grounds within this loop. Charter fishing boats are available. Cruises on the waterfront are available. The fishing pier is a short walk down the beach. Wilmington's historic district on the river front is a short drive. The aquarium at Ft. Fisher is a short drive. Airlie Gardens is just over the bridge. A new shopping arena has opened 'Mayfaire' just over the bridge with multi-specialty shopping, movie theater. Local churches are within walking distance. Great ocean view from the spacious porch.
This apartment building has been in our family for many years. My children enjoyed growing up at the beach and riding their bikes and playing outdoors in a safe and friendly enviornment. During the peak summer months, we have a life guard at the end of the street on the beach. We wanted to share our vacation place with others as the experience at the beach is so peaceful and relaxing. I truly believe you will have a wonderful stay here.

10 Oceanic is a charming, vintage building just steps away from the ocean. We had the entire 3rd floor to ourselves and enjoyed every moment. The view of the beach from the front porch with the rocking chairs? Heaven. We watched the sunrise and heard the sounds of the ocean as the neighborhood woke up every morning. I’d love to know more about the history of the house, as it was clear it has stood strong against our Atlantic Coast weather for many years!Clay was an excellent host, communication was clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook our meals. Parking was handy and off-street, so we could park safely. A/C worked great even with record high temps during our stay. We had three generations of family together for a few days, and this home was the perfect place for it.

We loved our one day stay here! This was an ideal location for a short stay as it was steps from the beach and close to all sorts of restaurants! We especially loved the rocking chairs on the porch , feeling the ocean breeze and watching the waves crash- we would love to return some day!

Could not have asked for a better location! Amazing ocean view from the condo, perfect for morning coffee and nightly talks. The 2 parking spaces was fantastic since parking is so hard to come by in the area. Parked and didn’t get back in the car until our trip was over, amazing!
