The beach condo was very spacoius and comfortable. We enjoyed the third floor as it provided spectacular views of the water and still kept us close to the 2nd floor parking level. The kitchen to our surprise offered a lot of tools and ammenities to help prepare our family Christmas dinner. The condo offered a lot of family games for us to enjoy as well. Our only minor critique was some of the appliances and sofas could be updated, but overall, everyone love the ambiance of the place. We would definitely stay here again at South Wind.

For a luxury condo this has the space, however this unit needs some new furniture it was soiled and uncomfortable. Also maintenance is needed a missing bifold door, lamps in closet you couldn’t put suitcase, huge paint cans in other closet, master bedroom sliding door doesn’t open, ants in master bathroom & bedrooms. We loved the beach & area. Grounds were nice and maintained .
