Safe, super quiet, 1400 sf, largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo in the Pointe Tapatio Condominiums resort like community: Loft, Kitchen, Living room, furnished, gated community, with three heated pools and hot tubs, Netflix, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, and beautifully maintained grounds for relaxing, business, couples, family vacations or getaways!
This spacious 2 bdr 2 ba, 2-story, resort-style condo will hopefully meet your needs! The unit offers 3 separate balconies with gorgeous mountain views.
The high ceilings yield an open and airy feeling throughout the unit - especially in the living room with its 20-foot vaulted ceiling extending from the 2nd story loft above.
The first floor features a living room with a sofa bed, recliner and wood fireplace, dining area with seating for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional bar-style seating. Also on the first floor is the guest bedroom with an extended dual balcony connecting to the adjacent living room and a guest bathroom featuring a large shower.
The second story features a loft with office space, washer and dryer and sitting area overlooking the living room below and a large master bedroom with its own private balcony. The spacious master bathroom has a walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a large bathtub/shower combination.
At 1,400 square feet, this is one of the largest units located within the Pointe Resort Condos at Tapatio Cliffs, a beautiful resort-like gated community featuring 3 heated pools/spas, outdoor grills, tennis court and basketball court. The community grounds are impeccably maintained all year round. This ultra-quiet, gated private community exudes an air of tranquility.
The entire unit is available to guests. Guests may use one designated covered parking space as well as free, unrestricted usage of any uncovered spaces within the community. This particular unit is closest to the community’s largest heated pool/spa, but guests may use any of the 3 pools available at their leisure.

The condo was spacious and comfortable for two traveling professionals, and we appreciated the secure, gated community. Arriving late made the unit a bit tricky to find, and carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge. We noticed a smoke aroma on entry, likely from ashtrays on both balconies. Limited coffee and bottled water were provided, but no snacks. We also found the lower-level sliding door unlocked, though the host responded quickly when notified. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but overall the property suited our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable in all aspects, and the description is very accurate. The owner was very good with communication. We spent a lot of time at the primary pool (there are 3) during the day...this pool is a quick walk from the condo (like 30 seconds). I would highly recommend this condo, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
