The property was in an ideal location for easily accessing boardwalk, restaurants , shops and beach. The communication was great.The property is an older home but very clean.

This property is amazing. The host where very knowledgeable about any question we had from how to get the town ride or where is the best place for pizza. Our rooms were very clean. The kitchen area had almost everything we needed to do some in home meals.The pool was amazing and the laundry area was perfect.This was our second time we stayed here and will not be the last time.

My wife and I came here to relax and spend time with each other at the beach. We really enjoyed the area and the pool and the palm trees. It is only a short drive south to Miami, where we visited Little Havana and sampled Cuban cuisine (so good!). To the north, we found a lot of ethnic food that we have been craving (Argentine, Brazilian, Japanese) and we were always able to find parking, which the hotel makes easy by giving you a QR code to pay the nightly rate required by Hollywood, FL

We had stayed in this Caribbean Suite before and loved it enough to return.
This time the loud noise level was horrible and we could hear EVERYTHING through the wooden door that connected us to the room next door. And I mean everything, including a very young child screaming OFTEN!
Last time we vacationed here in the same room, we did not experience the same NOISE problem. We were extremely annoyed by this as we were very excited about our relaxing vacation here.
We finally discussed this with Cathy the manager, (who was WONDERFUL!) She acted immediately and moved us to another room. This room was actually much nicer (a higher priced room that we did not pay the upcharge).
I would probably return to this second room , although I don't remember which one.
The owner needs to know that this NOISE problem is a significant issue and potential guests should not stay in this room until this problem can be properly addressed!
I must repeat the Cathy was terrific!
