About this apartment rental
A studio Garden Flat in a lovely setting at beautiful Avoca Beach. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and village or a 5 minute drive. The studio apartment has one queen size bed. Accommodates 2 people. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, TV, an outdoor patio table setting, beach shower and barbecue. The studio has very comfortable reclining chairs for guests to put their feet up and relax. Lovely grounds.

What a lovely little cottage nestled around a beautiful private garden.
We were a short distance to beautiful beaches and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal. We stayed 3 nights it was a shame to leave. We will definitely go back and stay longer next time.

Very clean and tidy and Barry the owner was very kind in explaining every aspect of the accommodation and even the best way to park our car. It is a place we would recommend and we would stay again without question.RegardsStephen & Alison
