About this house rental
Very nice house of 65m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, and covered terrace of 20 m2 with large removable bay windows (= veranda in closed position), large wooden terrace of 50m2 all around, breathtaking view of the pine forest and cork oaks, very quiet, access to the village (800m) by a rolling track (mountain bike) through the forest bypassing a magnificent fishing pond, or to the beach (10 'max) by the cycle track through the golf course Moliets (9 and 18 holes). Full equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, large screen TV, ...
Adult bedroom with 1 double bed, youth bedroom with 4 bunk beds, ground floor bedroom with a comfortable BZ in 140, that is 8 beds, plus a sofa bed in the TV corner for troubleshooting.
Parking space in front of the house (2 spaces possible).
Moliets-et-Maa is a very pretty green resort which offers two immense fine sandy beaches and superb walks in the heart of the forest thanks to the numerous cycle paths. The Courant du Huchet nature reserve, which starts from the lake of LEON and comes to flow into the ocean on the North beach of Moliets, is world famous and has a great wealth of fauna and flora (visit possible in boat from LEON lake by reservation). Golf enthusiasts can have fun on the 9-hole or on the 18-hole (national training golf course), with in particular 3/4 beautiful holes on the edge of the beach. Horse lovers can take trips to the forest and the beach. It is also the ideal region for safe bike rides.

Location très agréable, avec de bonnes prestations, située au milieu des pins et proche de la mer. Tout est accessible à vélo pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour !

Maison idéale pour notre séjour à Moliets et Maa, confortable, fonctionnelle, bien agencée et dans une résidence très calme.
proche des plages et du centre ville, le tout en vélo sur piste cyclable !
Vraiment chouette et nous recommandons vivement.

ns avons passé deux semaines de vacances formidable.Le logement est tres confortable,calme et tres bien placé.(a coté des plages de la foret ,des pistes cyclables et du village).je vous le recommande.

nous étions 7 dans cette maison très agréable à vivre pendant ces 2 semaines, notamment la terrasse devant la grande véranda qui s'ouvre en quasi totalité.
toute la vaisselle et ustensile dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge etc...
sans oublier la plancha.
le tout dans une résidence très calme, à quelques pas de l’océan (1km environ), accessible en vélo par des pistes cyclables.
sans oublier "l'homme de la résidence" qui a été très réactif l'unique fois ou nous avons eu besoin de lui...
