I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s really low friction because it has everything you need: simple bed, desk, small kitchenette in room, private shower and bathroom. Microwave, toaster and laundry room (with dryer) down the hall. Laundry soap available for purchase (¥100). I appreciate having an elevator and the staff is always really kind.
It’s on a pretty steep hill and there’s no conbini nearby. Pick up your snacks at Motoyama station before you come up the hill.

房間暖氣很好！廁所乾濕分離的很方便而且屋主很熱情☺️晚入住的話隔天至隔壁書店補check in就可以了！
地鐵到住宿的地方是微上坡路 >_<

お部屋はシンプルな上に綺麗で匂いもなく、何より小さなキッチンがあったのはとても便利でした。
同階に小さな共有スペースがあるのもエレベーターに乗らずに済むのでありがたかったです。
三角形のテーブルは少し不安定で、食事の際ちょっぴりヒヤッとすることがありました。
3泊4日の滞在中、3日目に深夜までずっと宿泊者が音楽を鳴らしたり、若者の話し声が聞こえて寝付けなかったのは残念でしたが概ね快適でした。
