Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zu allen Stränden (Sahara, Stolac und Pardiesstrand). Die vom Bäumen beschattete große Terrasse ist auch sehr toll. Im allgemeinen hat das Apartment eine sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Abflüsse in den Duschen liefen nicht sehr gut ab, somit immer recht viel Sand in den Wannen liegen blieb. Die Klospülung funktionierte auch hin und wieder nicht einwandfrei.
