отличное место. До пляжа 3 минуты, остановка прямо перед домом, кафе и магазины под боком. Если надо, то очень легко съездить в центр на рынок. С утра на террасе потрясающий сладкий запах, потому что пахнет соснами, которые растут через дорогу. Парк очень близко и очень приятно погулять по набережной. Чистые номера, гостеприимные хозяева.

you can prepair your meal as you wish. have gas, hot water, towel not extra and they giving beach towel too. they were very hospitality.
wi fi range not enough from corner. you should use from common areas.

Givi's place has such a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/terrace area as you feel you're hanging out in nature even being in the midst of other houses. It's a short walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants are nearby. Very cosy and laid back and amazing value for money!
