Obiekt jest znakomicie położony, bardzo blisko centrum miasteczka, przy mało ruchliwej ulicy. Potrzeba zaledwie dwóch, trzech minut by pieszo dotrzeć do supermarketu czy przystanku autobusowego. Inne opinie o tym nie wspominają, ale tuż przy obiekcie jest hala sportowa, nieduży fitness club i dom kultury. Warto się tam wybrać, jeśli lubisz poznać miejscowe życie. Może akurat dzieje się tam coś ciekawego. My trafiliśmy na bożonarodzeniowe pokazy tańca i jazdy na wrotkach. Widzieliśmy też trening zapasów kanaryjskich - coś dla nas zupełnie nieznanego. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, funkcjonalny, dobrze utrzymany i w pełni wyposażony. Byliśmy pod bardzo dobrym wrażeniem, gdy zobaczyliśmy, że wszystko tam było. Widać "kobiecą rękę" - dbałość o drobiazgi. Właściciele apartamentu to ludzie bardzo mili. Miałem okazję przekonać się o tym w kontakcie telefonicznym i w rozmowie na żywo. Jeśli wybierasz się na La Palmę, nocleg w La Palmita Sunset jest bardzo dobrą opcją.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist gut eingerichtet und optimal ausgestattet. Das Preis- Leistungsniveau-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Sie wäre dank des Zimmers mit Sofa auch gut für eine kleine Familie geeignet.

El apartamento más equipado en el que he estado jamás. Calidad precio increíble.
Dejan a tu disposición café, aceite/vinagre, productos de lavadora, gel/champú, muy completo el menaje de la cocina... La cama muy cómoda. Super limpio, muy bien decorado. Muy buena situación.
Mariano super amable, medió con un conflicto que tuvimos con los vecinos y lo solucionó.
Un pelín ruidoso por la noche porque está justo al lado la carretera. El aislamiento acústico no es el mejor si eres muy sensible a los ruidos, como es mi caso. Nos tocaron unos vecinos peculiares, fue mala suerte porque creo que no están allí de continuo.
Como curiosidad, no se puede bajar la persiana del dormitorio si se abre la ventana y a la inversa, porque la persiana está en el interior de la casa.

Ubicación, la verdad es que cuando te levantas y vas al salón y abres la persiana ves el mar....es un lujo
La piscina necesita un mantenimiento más...
