I was so comfortable staying here and the bed is enormous! If you’re coming to Appleby then definitely stay here! 😇

I can’t complain about a thing! It was honestly perfect 👌🏼 I had an unfortunate event whilst I was in this cottage and couldn’t leave at the allocated time. Landlord was so understanding and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t stick to the conditions/terms. We managed to get a resolution because the owner was kind. Thanks again Adam 👍🏼

Beautiful Cottage Home that is well worth the stay.

This beautiful property was well equipped to meet our needs and very cosy. The property itself was well positioned in the village with most conveniences within walking distance, including pubs and restaurants. It is also very close to a main A road that interconnects major towns and cities. The owners also made their property incredibly welcoming from the get go, with Christmas decorations and heating on upon arrival.

These are not really things i would say, i didn't like but just more things to point out. The parking at the back is incredibly tight and although my car is not big, it does require a bit of back and forth manoeuvring. After the 3rd time i managed to master this and it became more of a quirk. It is a tight lane where the parking is so be aware if utilising the parking in a bigger vehicle. Also and yet again, not a complaint, but we couldn't seem to find instructions about where to leave our used linen and towels on departure and also what to do with rubbish and recycling (if that happens). We used common sense and put everything where we would see it being helpful.

Bed is huge and super comfy just what's needed ,Bathroom is super lovely bath and double shower ,good walks and eating place close by very quiet and peaceful .

Not a huge outdoor space and others have their space next to you but never used it anyway as out all day exploring
