❣️🏠 This little gem of a cottage was a lovely place. Clean and tidy and very warm and cosy. The cottage had everything we needed. A real home away from home. The bathroom is stunning. I was so comfortable staying here and the bed is enormous! If you’re coming to Appleby then definitely stay here! 😇
I can’t complain about a thing! It was honestly perfect 👌🏼
I had an unfortunate event whilst I was in this cottage and couldn’t leave at the allocated time. Landlord was so understanding and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t stick to the conditions/terms. We managed to get a resolution because the owner was kind. Thanks again Adam 👍🏼

Lovely comfortable and well equipped cottage. Handy for local pub that serves good meals. Very clean and very comfy bed.
