About this villa rental
A breathtaking view of the entire Diamond Bay and Diamond Rock, Cherry Bay and the island of Saint Lucia, visible from all parts of the house and of course from the pool and terrace. An ideal location that will allow you to reach the beach of Diamant, the market and all the shops in 5 minutes and also join the RN 5 for your visits on FORT DE FRANCE, the north or the south of the island.
Most of the furniture and equipment are new.
Completely independent this villa bottom has been designed to make you enjoy the most of our mild climate with its large terrace of 40m ² on which is the beautiful kitchen, a bar for a coffee or a drink facing the sea, the space meals and a relaxing lounge, you will spend most of your time there.
You will have two air conditioned bedrooms each with a closet and each a private bathroom. A large living room will allow you to comfortably watch the TV (large flat screen).
Back from a day of ballad, you will appreciate the swimming pool and its large deck equipped with 4 deckchairs.
With the sea as your horizon, your stay will be unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie and Eric's Villa. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and were attentive to our needs during our stay. It was well supplied with essentials that allowed for a comfortable stay. The Patio and the view were amazing. Highly recommended.

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires Sophie et Eric absolument charmants, à notre écoute, nous avons pu échanger tout au long de notre séjours sur les restos à faire, les us et coutumes de la Martinique etc......
L'appartement était super refait à neuf avec une climatisation efficace et silencieuse.....super, une piscine à débordement un coin transat bref avec une vue fabuleuse sur le Diamant, un mini paradis à la Martinique. Bien situé nous avons également rayonné pour découvrir le charmes des anses de sable fin

La maison de Sophie et Eric est encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photo : la vue est absolument magnifique, la piscine et l'espace extérieur aussi (qui permet notamment de profiter de la vue). En outre, il y a tout le confort appréciable (climatisation, équipement de la cuisine, une jolie sdb pour chaque chambre) et la maison est particulièrement propre. Enfin, l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Sophie et Eric était très agréable et facilitant. Bref, que du positif pour cette super maison bien située pour découvrir l'île !

The hosts were very welcoming. We felt the amenities came up short. The view, the pool, the outdoor kitchen were all very nice. The interior is dated. AC in both bedrooms but none in the interior living area. So very hot during the day. Beds were ok— showers and toilets ok. Washing machine was outside unit- no dryer. Glass garbage had to be taken down to a bus stop. In my VRBO experience that is the responsibility of the host. Also when we asked for extra toilet paper and garbage bags we were told that these amenities were not included in the contract even though toilet paper was included in amenities. So bottom line we enjoyed our time in Martinique but we felt this listing was overpriced.
