About this campground/ rv resort rental

Close to OKC or Dallas, Lake Texoma is the perfect quick get away from the city for a weekend. Tall trees surround the home on 3 acres. Enjoy the fire pit and a grill (bring your own fire wood and charcoal). There is WIFI and recent updates like all new flooring, granite counter tops, new windows, doors & paint. The property easily sleeps 8. There is a king in the guest bedroom. A queen in the master bedroom and a twin daybed with twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also 2 queen air mattresses for extra guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of basics. (Pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, griddle, etc.) The home is 10 minutes from Catfish Bay Marina and equally close to Alberta Creek Marina and the sandy beaches of Lake Texoma on the Oklahoma side. Lake Texoma is known for its Striper fishing and there are many fishing guide services available. There is space to park your boat or trailer during your stay. There are lots of Casino’s to choose from and a beautiful 18-hole golf course that is ranked in the top 3 of courses in Oklahoma.

Pet's are allowed with an additional Pet rental of $50.00.
Rental rate includes 8 adult guests. Additional Adult Guests above 8 are an extra $10 per person per night.

Close to our family reunion. Great place to stay… Clean, quiet and roomy. Had a great kitchen to prepare my items to take to tge reunion. Great shower when it was time to clean up and quiet for sleeping. Great place, would recommend to everyone.

Good location; price is a bit high for what you get. Spiders, crickets and bugs everywhere inside when we showed up. One side of the home doesn’t cool. Didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to us arriving. Overall, just okay.

Single wide trailer in the woods. This unit is located down a two track trail. It is the last trailer of 3 along the trail. Be prepared to deal with your trash, as the burn barrels are all that are offered. Bringing a large boat was somewhat of an issue, as it had to be turned around in the yard. Would be a wonderful place to kick back away from the crowds.

My son and I were very impressed with this beautiful home. We were very comfortable during our stay, the host replied to us promptly. The home was very clean, and arranged very well. We even got to see a wild turkey in the front yard. We have plans to return. Thanks again to our Host for sharing this home with us.

Place is nice, it has a lot going for it, the remodel looks great. It would not take much to make this a 5 star rating but, for now when we first got there we had to sweep the entire house, we didn’t do behind couch’s or end table, that still needs to be done, clean on top of refrigerator and toilets and a good dusting would really help. Just needed some cleaning, also the king size bed needs a foam topper it’s very hard. But the main deal breaker for us is the owner wanting us to burn our own trash in burn barrels or take it with us, not something we want to do on vacation. Nice place, but.

The property was tricky to locate but we found it! It was exactly as pictures show. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. AC was cold. The only problem we had was the refrigerator door moving off track but it was fixable. No other problems. It’s a nice place.

The property was as described and communication with the owner/manager was wonderful. For the small issues we had she was right on it and sent people right over to address the issues. We booked the property due to the close proximity to Alberta Marina where our friends were staying and this property allowed dogs.

Clean, spacious, has a feeling of home. Deer in the yard if a morning and fireflies at night!! Excellent secluded location and close to the lake. When coming to the area, I always check this place out first. Have not been dissatisfied and will book again. Great place for a true getaway!!

We have a family reunion every year at the state park. This house was perfect for our grown kids to retreat to. Very clean and accommodating. The yard could stand a good raking and upkeep. We were a little concerned about letting my granddaughter play outside because of piled leaves around the house and porch out back. The house is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi was great to have for my daughter to do her work from. All in all we would definitely book again and recommend. Check in was easy also.
