The wow factor when you arrive was out of this world, blew away my expectations and the pictures don’t quite do it justice. Superb location, setup and place to holiday near Queenstown.

It was very cold & everything was on timers, therefore couldn’t get warm enough in living area as the heat rises. Towels wouldn’t dry as the towel rails were controlled. The property had a smell about it, as did the unit.
The tile floors were freezing, no underfloor heating. Fire doesn’t work.
It had recently been renovated so it was unfortunate these things weren’t addressed.
