Very good localisation, extremely nice and helpful host, clean and fully-equipped apartment.

- Nice host. Easy to communicate and able to provide extra towels when asked.
- Payment method very easy and straightforward. No deposit needed.
- Location is not too far from Langkawi Airport and Pantai Chenang.
- Very near to Rumah Makan Mahsuri (good place for breakfast), Sawis Brothers (for dinner and coffee).
- Got gas station, Petronas nearby.
- House is kind of fully equipped. Got TV and hot shower at the main bathroom.
- Peaceful and quiet at night.
- Great sunrise view! (hence the name of the accomodation) 😀
- The road in front of the house is kind of dark at night. Might missed the junction to the house if you don't slow down.

Accessible to all places in Langkawi
I don’t recommend for family. Very old and not maintained properly. Washrooms also not maintained properly and we have faced big problem is Mosquitos.
