So the location and rooms itself are superb, but what really made our stay was the people who work there. Helem made us feel like we were coming home to a friend, so kind & helpful! Everyone, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant is so incredibly friendly, but not overwhelming (like in the usa). Then on top of that the food (breakfast and dinner) is excellent. I can not recommend it enough.

Great location. NB if you’re doing the local parkrun it’s an easy 15 min walk (but check you know the route the day before!). Very comfortable room and fab room. Great breakfast.

The staff was very accomodating and the room was warm, spacious and the hotel had nice facilities altogether. We had a lovely stay, the bed was very comfortable and we liked that the lobby could also be used as a relaxation area and you could have some drinks there as well. Very close to a mall, a supermarket and very easily accesible from the airport and city center.
The only inconvenince was the fact that the bathroom had a sliding door so not much "privacy" was offered but other than that the bathroom itself was great and exactly what was needed.
Breakfast was nice, decent variety, but not exceptional. The pastries were a little underwhelming and stale, but you could have plenty of other options.

The breakfast was fine.
The room had a king sized bed and there was too much furniture jammed into the room. I could hardly walk between the bed and the wall on the one side. There was no room to open a suitcase on the floor. The shower was also too large for the bathroom. The shower butts up against the counter, blocking access to half the countertop space. The room finishes appear to be new and clean. The hotel has parking 2 blocks away on the 4th level of the parking deck, however the elevator was broken. There is no temporary pull over area in front of the hotel, requiring that you block a lane of traffic to unload your car.
