Location,clean comfortable . Also we had a slight situation with the air con but it was sorted immediately the response from the host was instant
The mirrors were small and ill situated it was difficult when trying to blow dry hair , and could have done with a full length mirror

The room felt homey and perfect for what you need for a few days stay in a seaside town like porto rafti. I liked that there were two spacious balconies, one on each side of the room. The space was very clean, and I greatly appreciated flexibility regarding check in time. Contacting the property managers was efficient, useful, and provided clear instructions for a frictionless check in, check out, and overall the stay. The value for money was good.
It is difficult to find taxis in the area, and the walk to the main road is short, but you have to walk on the side of a busy street with no sidewalks. Not great for big groups walking down together.

We extended our stay for another 2 nights, The first 3 nights we were in a larger apartment with the bedroom upstairs accessible via a very tight spiral staircase, the extra 2 nights we moved to a smaller apartment, which we really liked more as everything was on the same level. Well equipped kitchens in both, three supermarkets a short stroll away. The bay is stunning.
Beds were very firm in both apartments , too firm for us, could do with a thick mattress topper or softer mattresses.

It wasn’t as shown in any photos. It was suitable for our requirements
Was out of the way. Not easy to get anywhere. Taxis were unavailable for the majority of journeys and walking was too far to get anywhere. Basic property with basic facilities. Asked for an additional night and was told we could have it for the same price we paid. Upon arriving we were asked to leave an additional €70 in the key box for the night although this wasn’t what was agreed.
