The apartment that we initially booked was in very bad condition. Floor broken in multiple places, dangerous for our daughter. Very bad smell, like cigarette smoke, or even mold. Did not look like in the photos at all. Terrible experience. The initial impression of the brand was bad. However, the support staff was very helpful and moved us into an amazing apartment. It had everything we needed and we felt at home there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others as well! Thank you! KlÄvs
