About this apartment rental
Refurbished, spacious and bright duplex apartment of 57m2 (39m2 Carrez law). Perfectly located, on the slopes, in a closed and guarded condominium. Parking space in covered garage, ski locker. Direct ski access to the chairlift and checkout to purchase your pass. Back to skiing. Access to the nearby mini-market on foot, equipment hire companies nearby.
The site is calm and secure for a peaceful summer and winter vacation. For the summer, the chalet Les Lauzes is located in a residence that has a swimming pool and two tennis courts (restricted access - see condominium regulations). In winter, no need to take the car looking for a parking space, you go skiing on foot!
The apartment is located in a building located on the green slope of Poue Blanche, in the immediate vicinity of the ESF, the snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails.
To access the slopes:
- By the Pierre flat chairlift, at the foot of the building (blue slope to go from the top of the chairlift to the ESF meeting point at Bettex)
- By the detachable chairlift of Monts Rosset, accessible by ski from the building by a blue slope. A point of sale is located at the foot of the chairlift.
With a single package, you can ski at 6 stations: Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas, Megève, Les Contamines-Montjoie Hauteluce, Combloux and La Giettaz.
The corner apartment benefits from very good light and a magnificent view of the Aravis and Fiz chains. It is composed of an entrance leading to a cupboard and a separate WC, a kitchenette, a living / dining room with balcony, and upstairs a mezzanine under the roof with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, an attic bedroom with raised bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with WC.
The kitchen is equipped (kettle, nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, top fridge, electric hotplates ...)
