About this house rental
The 2 adjacent apartments and similar, recently converted in a former military building of the 1940s, are nowadays a comfortable nest for holidays by the sea.
Our property is in a secure residence and each apartment benefits from its individual access to the rental a few steps from the creeks, while being also easy to access the grandiose swimming pool, tennis, bowling ...
The park of the residence is a place of calm and peace, at the foot of the Estérel, departure for hikes
unforgettable.
The trip for shopping can be done by bike or on foot: shopping center, bakery, hairdresser,
shops and small Provencal market on Wednesday morning.
Nice airport is at Km. 50 and the train station is in the center of Agay.
The bus stop very close to us.

Heerlijke plek om je vakantie te vieren. Gastvrije eigenaren. Prachtig uitzicht op zee, gelegen aan de kustweg, vlakbij mooie kustplaatsen. De woning is schoon en voorzien van airco en WiFi en met prima uitrusting.
De tuin is werkelijk een plaatje, met allerlei gezellige hoekjes en prachtige planten.
Het is fijn als je rustig je vakantie wilt doorbrengen. Wij hebben genoten!!

Leider entspricht dieses Objekt nicht ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos und somit ist die Enttäuschung vorprogrammiert. Wir hatten die Wohnung 2 gebucht. Diese ist sehr dunkel, recht muffig und das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Oberlicht zur Küche. Die Bilder des Außenbereichs sind gemixt mit denen der Wohnung 1 die etwas (!) heller ist und eine größeren Gartenbereich hat. Da diese Wohnung frei war konnten wir nach einigem hin und her gegen einen Aufpreis (!) wechseln. Beide Wohnunen sind zweckdienlich eingerichtet und liegen fast direkt an der vielbefahrenen und teilw. recht lauten Küstenstraße, dafür aber nur 3 Minuten vom Sprung ins Meer entfernt (!). Die italienischen Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem gleichen Grundstück oberhalb... wenn man zum schönen Pool (allerdings ohne Liegen) möchte, der anders als es das Foto andeutet, gute 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt, wie auch der Parkplatz für das Auto, muss man durch ihren Garten. Vorsicht: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in der Karte falsch verortet. Somit ist unser Fazit: Eine überteurte, etwas muffige Unterkunft mit einigen Tücken, allerdings verfügt die Wohnung 1 über einen recht schönen, kleinen Gartenbereich. Agay ist eher klein und liegt beschaulich in einer schönen Bucht, die Umgebung inkl. des Estrelgebirges ist wunderschön und eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen, Relaxen und Wandern ! Außerdem ist Frejus nicht weit.
