The stay was acceptable, but the apartment we were given did not match the photos shown on Booking. The host was friendly and pleasant to communicate with. The building had a beautiful, nicely decorated corridor, and our apartment was located on the third-and-a-half floor. There was a place to hang wet towels and swimsuits, which was convenient.
However, the “free parking” advertised on Booking was misleading – the property has no dedicated parking. Following the host’s advice, we found a paid parking option nearby at another hotel for €10 per day.
In reality, it was much smaller – very cramped for three people. The rooms were small and dark, the bathroom so tiny it was difficult to move around, and the kitchen table was squeezed into a narrow niche where only one person could sit – we had to move it to the middle of the room. Instead of a proper balcony, there was only a small stair landing that could barely fit a table and two chairs (not three as expected).

The surrounding streets were overcrowded with cars parked in every possible space, making them barely passable, let alone providing a spot to stop. Zeer schoon, rookvrij, goede bedden, goede douche, prima airco, kleine maar goed functionerende en uitgeruste keuken.
Het appartement was zeer goed en met zorg onderhouden. En de eigenaars waren attent en servicegericht.
Er zijn voldoende goede en betaalbare restaurants in de directe omgeving.
En ook veel goede bakkers en kleine supermarkten. Het strand en het boulevard zijn op 20 minuten wandelafstand.
Ik kan niets bedenken wat voor verbetering vatbaar is.

This was my second time traveling to Montenegro, first time in Budva. We spent a few nights trying to find a good place to stay and decided to go to Balabusic at the end.
Balabusic is in a really good place from where you can get to Slovenska beach in 5 to 7 minutes and to the nearest grocery shop in just 2-3 minutes. Also, this apartment is on the second line from the beach which is an advantage in this case, because there are quite a lot of night clubs right on the beach, so living even closer to the beach would lead to sleepless nights.
Balabusic apartments look according to the photos on Booking, they are clean, full-equiped, light and spacious. The owners are amazing people who were always glad to help us when we asked for something; they changed our bath towels every day and once fully cleaned our apartment (we stayed there for 10 days).
The only thing which made us upset was almost full absence of Internet in the apartments. Each room has it's own router with it's separate WiFi, but it is still too slow. Sometimes we were unable to send even a text message to our relatives at home, we could hardly ever make a phone call.
To have Internet everywhere we also bought a Sim-card there, but the connection was still weak, so you better not rely on it.

The apartment was very clean, the hosts were very kind people who couldn’t do more for us. It was just a short walk to the budva waterfront and about a 20 minute walk to old town.
