About this house rental
Thatched cottage located at 2500 m & # 178; large natural plot with a view of the sea at Båring cove. On the ground floor there is a bright, combined living / dining room with a view of the water and direct access to the house terrace. The living room is furnished with furniture in good Danish quality, wood stove, flat screen TV and radio with CD player. The kitchen department has i.a. convection oven and refrigerator with 56 l freezer. There are two bedrooms. The house has a spacious bathroom with shower. There is a further bathroom in a separate building, where there is also both a washer and dryer. On the 1st floor there is a large, bright living room with TV, and at one end of the large living room there is a double bed. Open terrace with garden furniture and there is both a regular barbecue and a gas grill. The plot borders a large open area. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Besonders gut hat uns der Garten und die Nähe zum Wasser, sowie die wohltuende Ruhe gefallen. Das Haus ist schön, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , wobei einige Sachen verbessert werden könnten. Das Badezimmer ist innenliegend, hier ist es mit der Luftfeuchtigkeit schwierig. Die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus funktionabel und gut ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht gut gelüftet, es roch sehr nach dem Kamin. Wir haben zu unserer Abreise eine Endreinigung gebucht. Bei unserer Anreise war die Küche nicht so besonders gut gereinigt. Manches war ein wenig klebrig.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. / viele Sitzplatzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus ermöglichen es auch bei windigerem Wetter geschützt draußen zu sitzen. / Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill und einen Gasgrill neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche.

Die Lage mit freier Sicht und Zugang zum Meer. Großer Garten mit vielen, verteilten Sitzgelegenheiten. Großzügige Ausstattung und besonders ruhiges Umfeld.
