Beautiful ocean view condo; kid and pet friendly. Only footsteps away from the beach near life guard stand. This condo has 3 three bedrooms with one king bed; one queen bed; and a set of twins. It also has a sleeper sofa. Two full baths and two flat screen tvs. WIFI available. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave. Wonderful view of Atlantic ocean from deck. Local restaurants , tiki bar and fishing pier nearby.

We love Carolina beach and this condo is perfect for what we were looking for. It is right on the beach about 1.5 miles from the pier and 3 miles from the point. The beach is clean and nice and the condo is very clean, spacious and has everything you would need including a deck with overviews of the ocean. If you are looking for more of a laid back vacation this is a great spot! Mary Ellen is a great host, right on top of check in, and is easy to reach.

This was our first stay in Carolina Beach. This home is mere feet from the beach which makes for easy access, beautiful views, and glorious breezes.
Whenever our family travels to the beach our vehicle is packed to the brim. This home has a well equipped kitchen (take it from the one who packs half her kitchen when traveling), beach chairs and boogie boards. I could have left so many things home.
Mary Ellen was very responsive to my questions and called to make sure we had everything we needed.
Definitely recommend this property and next time we come, I know where I’m looking first!

We have rented through VRBO, HomeAway and all the online booking apps. We have only had one other time where the owner met us and showed us around before this one. MaryEllen met us, the place was clean, sanitized and she left a care package of TP and Covid related stuff. She showed us where to park, offered all their good quality beach stuff (we brought our own) and this place is also super dog friendly. An added bonus besides the beach was easy access to the Greenway trail. We had a very enjoyable week during the pandemic. We found people on the beach to be generally friendly and the beach good.
Adult kids had to work on Thursday and Friday and the internet was fast enough for WebEx meetings which was greatly appreciated.
The house has everything you need for a nice enjoyable week at Carolina Beach. Thanks for a great stay.

The process was easy. They brought us the keys, and showed us around. The condo was clean, comfortable and great access to the beach, and restaurants. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.
