Friendly and helpful owner
location in a quiet place
in the fridge prepared cold drinks and small snacks upon arrival
the garden of the house is very small
impossibility to park directly at the house (however the parking space is not far and was safe)
air conditioning on the upper floor is only in the hallway, not in the rooms (for a lower temperature it is necessary to have the door to the rooms always open)

Great equipment with everything you need to function.
Air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the whole building down.
I was a bit surprised that the owner's family lived a few meters away, sharing basically the same yard.

- hosts were very nice and helpful
- house was fully equiped is suitable for family (in our case: 3 pair of adult and 3 kids)
- Razanac is very good starting point to Zadar, Pag, and many others (there is sandy beach Ljubac about 6 km from house)
- a little bit suprising was for us, that house is on a plot with other house, but our neighbors were very nice and it wasn't problem for us
- I hope we will come back

"The connection was available any time. Friends were waiting for us. Any questions were answered. One interesting thing:
we tried many "playas" / etc. "Nin laguna beach"," Zadar west playa", and Dugi..."
