The location was perfect, because wasn´t in split centre so we haven't had problems for parking or moving around. And the beach was very close.
The host were really nice, they just attended all our needs, and even make us an incredible dinner one night.

firstly the hosts are the sweetest most genuine and caring people we have come across whilst travelling across Europe. they made us feel so welcome and were very helpful. they had plenty of supplies and amenities for us to use. the actual property was fabulous and very well laid out, very spacious and clean. we liked that it wasn’t in the middle of the centre as it was always peaceful here. We really did not want to leave ! there is a 10 minute walk away from the beach and roughly a 3 minute walk away from a super market. I cannot emphasise how pleasant the hosts are and I really would love to come back one day and stay here again. there were 8 of us travelling together and we had a fantastic time here in Split. I would highly recommend staying here.
I do not have one bad word to say ! I really cannot fault staying here.

Me and my 7 friends stayed in this apartment for one week of vacation and we had a really good time. The place is nice and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is really spacious. But the best thing is the hospitality of the hosts! They are a really nice couple that is always there to help you if you need something and to give you advices on what to do during your vacation. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We stayed as group of friends in Otium for 4 nights and the place exceeded all our expectations - we had 2 full floors of house at our disposal. The place was impeccably clean, the house itself was freshly renovated, the rooms were big and airy, bathrooms stylish with all necessities, bed linen and extra towels provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary tableware, gadgets and even welcome beer in the refrigerator! Huge rooftop terrace with sea view came as extra bonus but super friendly hosts were beating it all! The beach, bus stop to Split and supermarket all were within 5 min walking distance - very convenient! We had super stay and we highly recommend Otium to everyone!
