Apartments an der Universität

Very clean apartment, nice location, all facilities present.

The appartement looks nice and there is enough space for 4 people . It's only 20 min from the city center. The place is quiete and you have a little supermarket at only 2 minutes.

Find a place to park the car , you're best option is the university at only 2/3 minutes by walking.

Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. The apartment was clean and practical. Amenities excellent - especially after the coffee maker arrived. Right on the bus line so that was very convenient.

The kitchen blind came down and had to be replaced (ordered immediately but not able to deliver before we left), but since the kitchen was separate from the bedroom, there were no privacy issues.

It was on the ground flour. Your windows are directly on the street. There were always some people smoking in front of the entrance door so you cant really open your windows becaue of the proximity. I stayed there during heavy snow. There was zero (Winterdienst) on that side of the street. The street is also very steep. Snow and steep is a bad combination. It was very risky to walk through the street. The internet connection was a nightmare. It is ridiculous what people call internet in germany. It was very slow and crappy. The garage door is directly beside the apartment. So you will hear the loud door opening and closing everytime someone comes or leaves. Communicating with the host was also a nightmare. Responses came after days when it was too late. The apartment wasnt properly cleaned. The floor was very dirty. It is no fun walking bare foot in such a place. Would only book it again if I had no other choice.
