A fascinating apartment, big, perfectly furnished, very clean. Situated in a quiet village yet close to many attractions. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best choice for a family vacation.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Well equipped. Very well located to visit the Black Forest and Alsace. In a quiet area and a few minutes walk from a supermarket and bakery. Marianne and Heinrich are very nice people and make the stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommend!!

The property is located in a quiet area, in a small village located between Freisenheim and Lahr. A 1-minute drive takes you to a supermarket and bakery which are super convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable - spacious, clean and with a terrace that makes a great breakfast or a sunset dinner! But what makes the property special are 2 items: 1. the apartment comes equipped with anything you can think of that the is needed in a home. We have been to many self-catering properties and no one comes close on the items (small and big) that were available here and which we did not need to buy, which makes the stay even more comfortable. 2. and above all, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Marianne speaks fluent English and she made herself available the minute the booking was confirmed. During our stay Marianne helped us with activities, restaurants and other tips a local can provide Definitely recommend to anyone, especially families, who’s looking for a quiet yet central place!

It is an absolutely wonderful and beautiful place, with hospitable hosts. The house has everything necessary and thought to be comfortable to visit. Thanks a lot!

The owners are very warm people. When we arrived they welcomed us and kindly showed the accommodation that we were staying in. We stayed for cristmas and on 25th they kindly gave a homemade cake for us due to the holiday. The village is very quite and it is perfect for people with children. Highly recommend staying in this wonderfull place!

The hosts and property are wonderful! Marianne really took care of us and it's such a great thing to have in a new place a local person like her to look after you! Super job in finding us great places to eat and visit. The hospitality we received was much appreciated! I wouldn't say more on that to keep some of secret and charm for the next visitor. A great property where 4 of us (my family) were very comfortable, an attractive location and fantastic host ... PLEASE GO THERE !

We are arrived during the evening hours. The booked apartment was on the first floor and the host Family lives on the ground floor. Mrs. Wölfle accompanied us to show all the rooms and facilities at the first floor. We were happy to see things in order, clean and a clean Kitchen. a couple of equipment could be not the latest.. but clean. We did bring a few of our own utensils, ensuring the Corona situation etc. Wi-Fi was good enough for working on our laptops and tablet. (Downloads might cost, so take a look) Also Frau Wölfle has a variety of brochures to travel around, some magazines and jewellery etc. She'd be delighted to talk about it and have nice conversations. We'll visit them next time. Thank you.

All in all the stay was nice and comfortable. A few gadgets or items could be a bit old. But for a few days its good enough.

Owner was super friendly and lovely. Took time to explain everything including places to visit, ways to get to there etc. Apartment was amazing. All facilities available. Great view from room and lounge. Comfortable open spaces. And let's not forget the gift of home made Jam from the owner. What a lovely touch!
