Small apartment in town

Our beautifully appointed apartment is modern with coastal touches. It has been set up to be a breath of fresh air, an escape from reality and a chance to have a luxe space of your own with all the delights of Flinders town and beach at your doorstep! Comprising the master bedroom complete with art series tv, ensuite and tucked away for peace and solitude, a further sitting room (with the option for a queen high qualiyy air bed that woukd suit additional guests or kids) as well as the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining so there is plenty of space to relax. Not to mention an additinal bathroom with relaxing bath and balcony to enjoy water glimpses! The kitchen is well appointed with Miele appliances and marble bench tops.
There is an underground secure parking for one car and then two flights of stairs to ensure some exercise to work off the cheese and wine! The apartment is one of two on the second floor and has only one adjoining wall to secure maximum peace and tranquility.
A great retreat in town, no need to drive to get around!
It is a stones throw to many shops and dining options both relaxed eg Vietnamese or the pub or fine dining with Moke and Donna Maria.
Flinders is a lovely town with lots to do, it is located on the Mornington Pensinsula and very close to the hinterland of Red Hill which is known as a premium wine tasting district. The apartment is set up for a couple or two friends to enjoy a cosy wine on the balcony after you pop in the back door (vip access) of plonk and stink cheese and wine bar! We highly recommend a walk down to the pier at the wnd of the street to explore the marine sactuary and David Attenboroughs sleepy sea dragons or a brisk 40 minute stroll around the perimeter of the Flinders golf course with the golf course on one side and the ocean on the other. What more could you want for a time of decaadent relaxation!! You deserve it x
