A beautiful place to enjoy holidays surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. The hosts are very welcoming and made me feel perfectly at home. The pre-ordered breakfast was extraordinary with delicious smoothies, pastries, eggs or anything you may fancy for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, revealing a host with an eye for details that make a difference. The closest beach is withing walking distance but can be rather crowded and I preferred the secluded Baia di Torre Uluzzo at 5 minutes by car from Beach House Salento (there is a parking at the left side of the road before the tower. The nearest town Nardo is far more pleasant than crowded and touristy Gallipoli. Nardo has excellent restaurants whereas many times over I enjoyed the terrace of Caffè Parisi at the central piazza.

Make sure to arrive from the seaside using regional road SP286 which is parallel to the coast. The host did send me directions by mail but I didn't read my mail on the day I was travelling and my GPS sent me along tracks with potholes which is the road from the interior.

Manuela and Lorenzo are the fantastic owners of the property. The accommodation has been enjoyable since the arriving with a warm welcome and some tips on places to visit around. The place is quite and noise free. The breakfast has been the most valuable thing to me (fantastic). I would like to warmly recommend to all the next visitors spending holidays to Salento to give a chance to this place. Even Aaron our dog enjoyed the stay
