La zona residencial es de diez (trato del personal, instalaciones...), muy bien conectada con el centro de la ciudad, buen acceso si vas en coche, supermercados cerca, la limpieza es excelente, buenas vistas a la urbanización y con todas las comodidades que se pueda necesitar.
