From start to finish it was just absolutely perfect, Sotiris and Yula both did everything and even more for us, my Debbie is has to eat gluten free food and they went above and beyond to make sure she had all we needed everyday and was always full and satisfied, gorgeous breakfast! The apartments are beautiful and got everything that you need, the most perfect location as it’s quiet enough to have a relaxing day by the pool in peace and also been a small walk into the main centre where it’s lively with all the restaurants and bars, would recommend to anyone and definitely stay here again next time we come to Santorini!

This property far exceeded my expectations the rooms were spacious and the garden areas beautifully maintained. Sotoris is an excellent host delivering a varied delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast area is well landscaped and so comfortable. He offers excellent recommendations and advice making our stay in Santorini effortless. The location is excellent making Oia easy to visit even during busy times. A short walk to the heart of the village with its beautiful views, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket close by.

Everything you need for a memorable stay in Santorini. Soteris, the owner, takes personal responsibility to ensure every guest has a fabulous time. The breakfast is a great way to start the day.

I’m nitpicking here. The shower gel provided in the room is very small and runs out quickly!

The hotel is close to the center of Oia and has a very nice pool and beautiful rooms. The owners, Sosa and his mom, are very friendly and helpful and they make the breakfast every day for the guests (different food every morning)!

my family of 4 had the ammoudi suite - it accommodated 4 people and had a private hot tub which was nice and warm. This establishment is a family owned business and has 5 units. Sotiris is the son and the one that greeted us. He is extremely personable. Provides great advice on where to go and what to do. This property is about a 5-7 min walk up a hilll to get into the center of Oia. Great location but away from the chaos. THey provide a breakfast in the morning which was amazing and full of variety. They also have a pool which was a welcome dip after a full day of walking and sight seeing. I used WhatsApp to communication with Sotiris - he was responsive anytime of day.

An absolutely fabulous stay. Our host Sotiris could not have done more for us and his apartments are perfect for a stay in Oia and are located very close to the main town. Sotiris was on hand to help us with every aspect of our holiday from the fantastic and personal breakfasts through to advice on what to do and see while we were staying with him. The pool area was lovely and private and the hot tubs in each apartment where lovely for the evenings. Will definetly be back in the future.

The property itself is spotless and cleaned every day. The owner is fantastic, he helped us plan our excursions, was involved in the hotel day to day works and clearly takes lots of pride in his hotel and it shows. I can’t stress enough how good the owner is, it was sad to leave him in the end.

The location was ideal for us - large family with a baby. Short uphill walk to Oia town centre and beyond. Satirios the owner was wonderful, made us feel like family, and his breakfasts were excellent. Really comfortable beds a great pool and loungers. Unlike many properties just outside Oia, you don’t have to have a car here. Excellent Value - we had two ground floor apartments with tubs!

Nothing to dislike - next time I’m going to push the boat out and go for one of the first floor apartments- they had an even nicer view.

Our family had a big and clean room with nice view to see sunset from the balcony. In addition, the room had an enormous hottube at the balcony which was luxury. The hotel had a beautiful garden where the breakfast was served. Hotel owner and staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble, extremely helpful in terms of advice for sightseeing etc Breakfasts were outstanding. The property is fantastic with pool and hot tubs.

The host is fabulous! Location is barely 5 min walk from the main Oia market / shopping / restaurants.

Pretty much everything was great. No complaints.

Everything about this place is excellent but most of all the owner who goes out of his way to welcome and help you. The jacuzzi is a bonus. Also having the cooking facilities is great for light meals. The breakfast is also excellent with home cooked goodies everyday.

LOCATION: excellent - it was a few minutes on foot from Oia center. The hotel is located down a hill so going to the city center might be challenging for some since you have to walk uphill. The uphill area is a good place to see the sunset ROOM: excellent - very spacious. I had a queen-sized bed & a very comfortable mattress with 4 pillows. Room is cleaned daily, jacuzzi is cleaned daily in the early morning & they change towels every 2 days. Wifi works great in every area of the room. Room had an electric burner, toaster oven & ref. The host provides water so you don't have to buy it. The room came with a complimentary wine & chocolates. There is a phone in the room to contact the host as needed. The aircon works well which is a welcome thing when you come in after a hot day GARDEN AREA: room had a walk-out garden area where the hot tub is which is cleaned daily (early morning). Nice place to hang out & drink the wine the host provided. POOL & BBQ AREA - pool is cleaned daily. they have a number of beach lounge chairs & umbrella. they have a beautiful garden (flowers, herbs & fruits) & I was told the gardener comes in 2x/week. we had fresh melons from their garden for breakfast. I was informed guests can use the bbq area BREAKFAST - very good. They set it up near the pool under a shade. they serve each table with eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread, coffee, tea, juice & pastries NOTE: beach umbrellas are cemented to the ground which is good since it can get breezy sometimes / they have stray cats in the area (which you can find in the island anyway) but they make sure they are kept away when guests have breakfast / you can keep your bags in their ofc after check out / hosts give you recommendations what to do & eat. they keep an eye on it since it's a family-run business. great personal touch.

Close to restaurants and Oia town. Apanomeria is a nice family place with excellent service. We loved it and will definitly come back.

Right when we arrived, Sotiris made sure we will feel like home. He was warm and welcoming, and he also offered us a bottle of white wine and chocolate candies as a welcome gift. The room had everything we needed even a hair straightener for the ladies :). Everything was clean, the room, the swimming pool, pool area, the garden and the hot tub. The location is easy to find, 5 minute away from the Bus Terminal, in a very quiet part of Oia. Thank you again, Sotiris, for everything! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The place has a no frills, homely feel, it's very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was great, warm and clean. The plunging pool was pleasant. The location is close enough to the center, the uphill walk was no issue for us.

The up-hill walk from hotel can be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Our hosts Sotiris and his wife were wonderful. They looked after us so well, including providing a delicious breakfast every morning and recommending and showing us a beautiful sunset location on our first night. The room and facilities including the pool are great. The location is unbelievable - only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Oia. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed ten days with 3 teenagers and my Mum across an apartment & a room, both had personal hot tubs which we loved. The island offered a whole variety of activities and Sotiris helped us with our itinerary so much, the pool and outside area is immaculate, the apartments are clean and stylish, with plenty of delicious food at breakfast. We hired a car for a few days so we could explore many aparts of the island, the beaches are amazing, great boat trips and Oia is picturesque from every angle. Being close to Oia really made the holiday unusual as we could look around the shops, also easily go to the resaturants and bars every day.

Many of the areas in Santorini were hilly and some footpaths are unmade but this is an island terrain.

I can't say, our stay was magical!

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, always available and helpful. Our room was very beautiful, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well (Santorini can get very hot!). Breakfast was amazing, rich and various, by the pool
