Apartment was very spacious and located in a very safe residential area. It had a lovely balcony, loads of utensils in the kitchen, two bathrooms (which was super convenient for us as a family with kids) and washing machine.

It’s not located in the city centre but I see it as a plus. I only mention it because certain people might find it inconvenient.

The hair all over the bathroom

The location is okay if you have a car. Lagos' beaches are a short drive away and there is a big supermarket nearby. The owner was nice enough and came immediately to try and fix the problem but ignored us when we asked him to reduce the price we paid due to the faulty water heater. The apartment is spacious, nice and it is always a plus to have a terrace. The kitchen was quite complete and we received a complimentary bread and cheese.

There was a problem with the water heater during our stay, it didn't work and we had to shower with cold water. While it is true that the owner came immediately, he was not able to fix it during our stay. Additionally, the bathtub in the main bathroom was clogged and not clean enough, which was further making our really short showers even more unpleasant. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, which is not the best when you carry several pieces of luggage. The bathrooms were outdated. The owner ignored us completely when we asked for a partial refund due to the lack of a properly working water heater. The mattress (at least the one in the main bedroom) is very uncomfortable and noisy.
