A strand közel volt és jó helyen, közel vannak az élelmiszer boltok, csodálatos kilátás a nyílt vízre.
Az életvitel szerűen ott élők este nagyon lármásak, leírásban szerepel a saját parkoló, de azt magától nem közölte, hogy azért külön fizetni kell, illetve le kell foglalni, a környéken nincs ajándék vásárlási lehetőség, lakó övezet szerű, a látványosságoktól (a tengert kivéve) messzire ki esik.
