Apartament George Mamaia

Curățenie, conditii foarte bune, bloc situat lângă plaja (cel mai mare atuu), loc de parcare asigurat, gazda primitoare și orientata către clienți. A lăsat câteva răcoritoare în frigider si cafea, un gest frumos de primire. Dotat cu aer condiționat, deși nu am avut nevoie, apartamentul fiind situat pe latura umbroasa a blocului, temperatura camerei fiind potrivita. Dotat cu uscător de par, fier de clacat, masa de calcat super utile ca sa nu le mai pui în bagajul de acasă. Canapeaua foarte spatioasa și comoda de dormit. Baie utilata cu prosoape și produse de igiena. Bucătărie bine echipata.

Recomand pentru bucătărie sa fie achiziționate câteva boluri. Am găsit doar unul și a fost greu sa împărțim laptele cu cereale la micul dejun spre exemplu 😆

Locația, foarte aproape de plaja și Lidl, bineînțeles, parcarea, cu barieran gestul proprietarei de a ne lasa băuturi în frigider și faptul ca a ținut cont de solicitarea noastră din momentul rezervarii si adus un cuptor cu microunde.

Very close to the beach, apartment location is very straightforward to get to by car. Close to a Lidl store for groceries and very close to "La pescaria by barrels" one of the best and most affordable restaurants in the area. Reserved parking lot included in the price, the parking area is quite maneuverable so there was no need to rely/contact other people to get their cars out of the way when going out/leaving in the morning. The elevator is modern, quick and very smooth (room was on 3rd floor). Kitchen is fairly well stocked, there were plenty of spices, salt, oil, various cookware, so you could easily and reliably cook yourself an omelet for breakfast, or prepare some basic dishes if you wanted to cut down on costs. The fridge is large too. The bed and sofas were comfortable, pillows felt better than the ones you'd find in a 3 star hotel. Bathroom is fairly large, with a walk-in shower, plenty of bath towels provided, various samples of soap, shower gel and shampoo available. Internet router at the entrance, with good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment and very good performance (incomparable to hotels where you'd share the bandwidth with everyone else)

Entering the building itself is done by access card, only one of which is bundled into the keyring provided (would've been nice to also have interphone/password code system for building access, like some other apartments in the building had). One of the mosquito nets wasn't aligned properly (minor issue as there were 3 balcony doors total) The room had an obnoxious synthetic-scented air freshener jar (some people like those; we closed and put the jar outside on the balcony) The area is still under development, with lots of buildings being built. This didn't disturb us much though, The periods of time when the workers were being noisy - we were out of the apartment anyway, and it was quiet at night.

The location was perfect - right across the street from the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was large, clean and well equipped - we had everything we needed. The interaction with the host was great.
