Cozy 922 at Tower One

The place is very affordable. For 2 nights with 3 pax, I only paid Php 3,600 (with discount from the app). It is spacious for the three of us. It can actually accommodate up to four or five people since there is sofa bed, and they have also provided an extra bed. Internet is good for movie, am not sure for those who are working. There are 2 aircons in the room - room and dining/living room. Kitchenwares are complete and working. The person in charge of the property is easy to contact with. I appreciated that she could allow us to let our bags stayed in the property even beyond the check out time as long as no one scheduled. It is in IT park so the place is very accessible to places you need - ayala, 7/11, etc.

1. Sofa - it is very very smelly! It must be cleaned - like deep clean. 2. The 2 window type aircon is quite loud. 3. We stayed for 2 nights but no tissues provided 4. Additional linens were hard to find. 5. Foul odor below the kitchen sink. The place is kinda old so don't expect a fully furnished and aesthetic place.

Good value for the price and an ok choice for a one-night stay.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the furniture and facilities are quite worn and outdated.

Clean apartment/ condo. Everything seems close by

有大餐桌很棒

地點很方便 但是很吵半夜還能聽到外面的音樂，沙發有點令我發癢，浴室應該有漏水地板一直是濕的，房間有點小有潮濕的味道，太多宗教類的神像擺設。
