At seaside with family
Feels like home, quiet and very clean, comfortable, owners are there able to address issues, the terrace is very pleasant.
Wifi works very badly which was an issue for us, also some phone providers are not working so no internet. The place is 20 min away from the beach but there’s no proper sidewalk, need to walk a good portion by a road (it may get complicated for young children or older people)

Erg vroeg gaan buren aan het werk met veel gehoest en geproest, auto’s die om 6 uur ‘s ochtends onder je raam minutenlang staan te ronken. Tuiniers die met luidruchtige apparaten in alle vroegte bezig gaan. En helaas geen echte bbq.

Schöne Wohnung, leider relativ viel Lärm
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig genug für sechs Personen. Es gibt eine kleine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen modernen Backofen sowie einen Herd mit Ceranfeld in der Küche. Das Bad ist modern. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen kleinen Grill sowie über eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit, die sich unterhalb des Gartens der Vermieter befindet, welche oben wohnen.
Wir wollten bewusst etwas abseits des Zentrums wohnen, um gut schlafen zu können. Leider war die Straße Richtung "Plan de la Tour" viel stärker befahren als gedacht, so dass es ziemlich laut war, obwohl die Ferienwohnung nicht direkt an der Straße liegt. Das Haus gehört zu einem Nachbarschaftsverbund, in dem Franzosen wohnen, die teilweise schon frühmorgens sehr laut und rücksichtslos waren (Türenknallen, laute Gespräche, etc.). Das hat den Erholungsfaktor leider etwas gemindert. Ohne Auto kann man leider nicht zum Strand gelangen, da es sehr gefährlich ist, entlang der Straße zu laufen, denn es gibt keinen Weg für Fußgänger und die Straße ist sehr eng.

Bezpečná lokalita s parkovacím místem ve dvoře, byt velice prostorný. Tři pokoje, kuchyň, obývák, dva balkony, velká terasa s grilem a posezením zastíněná stromy. Vše vlastní soukromí.
Ve dvou ze tří pokojů byl slyšet večer občas hluk ze silnice, ale žádní tragédie. Chybějící klimatizace
