Perfect for a group of 8, if someone doesn’t mind sleeping on a big couch, 10 people will fit comfortably. Bathrooms were very nice, the whole house is as shown on pictures. Staff was very nice and flexible.

Quiet location. Had the pool to ourselves. Villa was spacious. Plenty of seating areas. Gardens were well kept and pretty. Bathrooms were big and showers were lovely and powerful. All on one level inside. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Sun beds were comfortable. Plenty of shade. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Short drive to beach, and plenty of choice of beaches if you wanted to explore. Albufera was only 20 mins away. Fully equipped kitchen and barbecue available. Host was available for help when needed.
Having a disabled daughter , it would have been helpful to have some rails into the pool as it was a struggle getting her in and out. This also applied to my father in law who needed some help getting out of the pool. Possibly a handrail in one of the showers. This didn’t spoil our stay though.

The pool and garden, along with the spacious cool interior and well equipped kitchen with modern bathrooms. Would love to return.
