About this house rental
The villa is on the hill of La Fossette with a splendid view of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Levant. It is located in a large property of 1 hectare surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There are 2 terraces with electric barbecue, garden furniture. The house has just been renovated, the kitchen is new and the bedding. There are 2 bedrooms (1 large bed 160 and 2 beds 90), bathroom and separate toilet.
Private parking space in the property.
A lot of charm, tranquility guaranteed.
You can walk down to the beach of La Fossette (access by a pedestrian): 6 minutes and the beach of Aiguebellle (7 minutes).
Several restaurants on these 2 beaches as well as mattress and paddle rental)
3km from the center of Le Lavandou (and supermarkets). A small supermarket 1km accessible by the bike path at the bottom of the house

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and happy to share their knowledge about the area. The house is situated on a hill with a stunning view of the sea, and it fully lives up to its description. La Fossette and the surroundings of Le Lavandou are places we have known and loved for years – it truly feels like coming home. We really enjoyed our time at this holiday house and we would love to return.

We had the best time in this house. Nestled in the hills with the perfect sea view.
Located within the grounds of the family home, but still separate. Quiet and secluded.
Perfectly kitted out, stylish and with a high-quality interior. There is a parking place and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

A stay in Cathrine's house can be recommended in every way.
Cathrine is an excellent host. The house is very beautiful situated in a quiet area, close to the beach and with a fantastic seaview.
The house is perfect for 4 people (i. e a family), clean and nicely furnished in a modern and functional style.
There are many opportunities for sports in the area: Scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling, paddling, kayaking, rowing, water skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, flyboarding.
The house is close to the ares cultural experiences: Contemporary art, Roman heritage, religious architecture, typical villages and Alpine fortifications.

House needs some good furniture that is useable, no comfort in the house, the sofa is a old day bed totally unsuitable, back bedroom has block of wood for side table with useless side light. Large very old writing bureau in bedroom ,useless. Wardrobe doors do not open fully.
There is no table in the house so if it’s bad weather you have nowhere to go, it’s all based on outside living which is ok when it’s good weather, also only sunshade is a canopy which cannot be used when windy so you are sitting in full sunlight.
When leaving property you have to get out of car everytime toput code in to open gates ..no remote control!!
On walking down to beach it’s a long way in heat and much longer coming back up..don’t take car you will never park.
View is the best thing of the property….parvum sed inconvenience.
