Beautiful, private, very spacious two-story family house located in East Orlando, close to UCF, Winter Park, Full Sale University and major attractions and beaches.

We absolutely loved this property. The pool was amazing. My husband was able to fish right out the back door and he caught a fat catfish and there was tilapia also!!!! Beautiful back area!!!! Loved the walking trail that was only 2 blocks away!!! Lots of fish in the canal also!!! Everything you would want to do or need on vacation was literally right there close to the property. Neighbors was very friendly and spoke to you!!! My husband came for the fishing and I came to shop and both was amazing!!! Miss Andrea was a great host!!! Very attentive to us and anything we needed!!!

House was very clean and as described. Host was super nice and very communicative. House was well stocked with necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, soap, etc etc). Neighborhood was nice and safe. Very close to UCF and about 20 minutes away from parks. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Walmart/publix are very close. Very nice overall with a very convenient location. Highly recommend.
