3 spacious bedrooms, clean and well equipped kitchen

The apartment is really spacious. It has proper lounge and dining areas. Bedrooms are of good size. The hosts are helpful and they live in the same building, so any questions can be solved really fast. In our case there was a problem with one boiler and they fixed it same day.

There is only one air conditioner in the living room. Air conditioners in bedrooms would be handy as it's pretty hot in summer in Dürres even at night. WiFi speed wasn't good enough for video calls (I had to make some for business reasons). If you need it for browsing and watching youtube videos, that'll work I think. The neighbourhood is pretty run down, litter in the streets. However you see it all over Albania except Ksamil perhaps. Up to you whether you think it's a big deal. In terms of safety it's hard to judge. One the one hand I would not let my wife go to the supermarket at midnight. On the other hand we never had any issues, looks like everyone minds their own business there, no drug dealers or sh*t like that. Even at night we were walking around just fine. People are friendly and most of them speak at least some English.
