Everything is brand new in our spacious, elegantly renovated home. Comfy bamboo foam memory mattresses, new luxury appliances, marble bathrooms, tons of fluffy towels, great wifi & lots of extra touches make this the best place to call home while exploring Nashville.

About the Home:
Upon arriving at our gorgeous Farmhouse Chic 2800 sq ft home, you'll let yourself in with your own unique entry code and find a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, with an open concept layout into the dining and living area with a swiveling flat screen Roku TV. Downstairs features master bedroom and spa like marble master bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub and a luxury walk in shower. A second extra large bedroom has a desk and computer monitor with speakers & a printer for guests to use as well as an additional living area with comfy leather couch and second 55 inch TV.
-2 large bedrooms both upstairs and down and 3 full bathrooms mean all your guests will never feel on top of each other.
-2 separate Nest smart thermostats for upstairs and down so your guests will be comfortable any time of year.
-For families traveling with littles, we provide a pack n play with clean sheets, an additional car seat( fits up to 60 lbs), 2 strollers, baby gate for the stairs & a big bucket of play toys.
-Dining table seats 6-8 (extra chairs located in hall closet) & seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
- We provide, everything you need to make your stay feel like a 5 star hotel- high end soaps, shampoos, coffee beans and grinder, endless fluffy towels….even a guitar.
-Brand new washer and dryer with laundry soap provided.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! It was an easy drive to Broadway, and just a few easy blocks walk for options to eat. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had all we needed to feel at home, and a few of us could really taste the difference from the great water filtration.

Great house. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Enjoyed a Thanksgiving vacation with family. Would love to stay again in the future.

This house was perfect for our group of five. It is nicely decorated and updated and in a wonderful neighborhood and location. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were really comfy and we had plenty of space to hang out. The area is very safe and 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in the perfect location for access to 12 South, downtown and our office for the week in Brentwood. Our 3 year-old loved the area and the house gave our nanny enough space to have her own privacy. During the week, a tornado blew through and knocked power out for ~14 hours. The owners made a special trip to the store to grab flashlights and LED nightlights to help everyone out. We really appreciated the extra effort!
