Very disappointing – did not match the listing, felt unsafe

We booked this apartment for one night, expecting a convenient and safe place based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. You cannot access the building by car – it’s inside a fenced complex and requires walking with luggage from a distant parking area. We felt unsafe and very uncomfortable upon arrival. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel instead. Despite informing the host immediately and asking for a fair partial refund, they refused any compensation. The apartment did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the experience was disappointing.

Uncomfortable beds(only double and very firm), no pillows provided only large European cushions! All guests left property with sore necks.

I consider the sum of over 600 euros to be highly overestimated, taking into account the disadvantages I have described.

The location was great, the apartment is large.

There is no noise insulation, you can hear what people are talking about, not to mention transportation, so if you do not sleep like a murdered, you will not get a good night's sleep. I couldn't turn on the TV in the bedroom, the batteries were dead in the remote control. When I got on the bed there was a brown stain on the sheet and it was impossible to sleep on it. I'm left to wonder what it's from.

Very nice appartment and hospitality by the owner of the appartment

We were 6 adults and 3 bedrooms which is exactly what we need. Because we had only one bathroom it was little bit unconvinient .

A wonderful evening in Saint Tropez

Spacious, luxurious apartment in a private courtyard. Very suitable for families. Excellent location, right across from the "gendarmerie". There is a supermarket 2, 3 minutes walk away. The host was very responsive and kind. A private parking space was provided for us right next to the apartment.

Amazing location right in the centre of St Tropez with parking and a very helpful host.

Excellent location, right in the centre of St Tropez, next to the port, the Chanel maison, the Hotel de Paris and the Monoprix supermarket. 5 mins walk to Place des Lices. Charming and helpful host. The apartment was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 daughters for a 3 night stay to experience being in the centre of St Tropez. Potential renters should note that there is no outside space or balcony at the apartment itself, and the windows look onto a road, so you will decide to keep the net curtains closed. I knew this beforehand and it did not bother us as we were happy to spend most of our time in town. I will say again that the location is excellent. And it was extremely useful to have parking as well.
