Posiada dodatkową osobną od łazienki toaletę, co przy większej grupie jest dużym ułatwieniem. Duży taras z widokiem na las, ze stołem i krzesłami - idealne miejsce na poranną kawę i śniadanie. Wielkim plusem jest wygodne położenie, stanowiące świetną bazę wypadową do lokalnych atrakcji, oraz własne miejsce parkingowe przy posesji. Miejsce zaciszne z pięknymi widokami.
