The view from the balcony is amazing. The host was nice and welcoming. The outside area is not crowded and you can go swimming easily.
The guests from the restaurant are not too loud, after 10pm it is quiet.
Bathroom is worn down and not as clean as the bedroom. You can also see that the floor in front of the bathroom has lifted due to moisture probably. It is extremely warm during the day and there is no AC or fan in the room (but it cools down in the evenings). The breakfast is not a buffet like shown in the pictures but you just tell the hostess what you would like. Coffee is not included in the breakfast. Wifi is also not available.

The scene was amazing and we woke up with bird sings.
There would be a fridge and an air conditioning system.
