About this villa rental
Set on the cliff front in Ocean City, St. Philip with dramatic views of the ocean, this beautifully designed two storied villa, with its top quality finishes is certainly a house that would appeal to prospective guests.
The ground floor comprises a living room with French doors leading onto the pool deck and patio area, kitchen with dining room, laundry room and pantry, TV room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On this level full advantage is taken of the location of the villa with wonderful sea views from all of the rooms, with the exception of the TV room. The pool and patio area also have a covered seating area just off of the living and dining spaces where guests can read quietly or just relax and chat if they want to have some shelter from the sun, but still be “outdoors”. The pool deck and patio also boasts a second eating area with seating for six, so guests can enjoy outdoor dining.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a double and queen sized bed respectively and are both air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. The en-suite bathrooms have showers and there is also a separate powder room on this floor.
The kitchen with its striking red and black finishes is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and black granite countertops add to luxurious feel of this room. The comfortable living room is another area conducive to quiet relaxation with wonderful ocean views.
The upper floor houses the air-conditioned master suite with a king sized bed, dressing room and the large master bathroom which has his and hers basins and double shower which has its own lovely view of the ocean.
Crow’s Nest comes with maid service six days a week and for those guests that wish to have a cook prepare some lovely local meals, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Much thought and effort has gone into the design and furnishing of this villa to make it comfortable, welcoming and a place that guests’ will certainly want to return to after experiencing the wonderful ambiance of this house.

We had such a great stay at this home in Barbados. The house was very clean and we loved the open layout with so much natural airflow - there was always a great breeze coming through. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. The views are truly incredible and unlike anything else. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Our party of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample space, beautiful views and a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped - a nice change from some recent bookings we have had. The process involving arrival and groceries was flawless. Gillian, who assists with booking and arrival details, is very professional, not to mention delightful to communicate with. Cesily, the housekeeper is wonderful- the best we have had so far. Would definitely recommend.

Brownest was the perfect place for 3 couples to meet up after not seeing each other for 4 years. It provided enough space for togetherness but also enough for alone time. The house is well equipped and the housekeeper keeps it spotless. The view can’t be beat but it can get abit breezy( but it doesn’t stop u from enjoying the beautiful protected deck) A lot of activities are provided for all ages to enjoy. Property manager is very accessible if you need anything. Our only issue was decreased water pressure at times ( maybe due to conditions out of owner’s control ?)It is best to have a car at this property as most restaurants and shopping areas are a short drive away. There are many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive and also a great grocery store. Also beaches within a short drive.
We would highly recommend Crowsnest to any family or group wanted to visit southern Barbados
