Great spot, we were able to walk to the local restaurants and the beach across the street was perfect! The backyard pool and layout was perfect and great for our family dinner!

We had a nice stay! Everything was clean. There is no kitchen table, no space for it. And if someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa there is no where to sit. They had everything we needed in the storage area. Chairs, sand toys, umbrella (we did not have a wagon). The pool heater did not work for our stay, but they made it right and refunded us. It was very nice to be right across the street from the beach. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall we had a very nice stay.
