It was clean and in easy reach of the project we were working on.
The property was clean and felt welcoming.

Location was good although on a fairly noisy road. Although not equipped to a very high standard, the property had all the basics. The garden provided a very welcome cool area to sit during the recent heatwave.
Main issue was that the property had not been properly serviced when we arrived. Previous guests towels were still in the bath, beds had not been made. I imagine this is a one-off so probably should not put people off.
The other thing we didn't like were the various notices warning of £100 fines for breaking any of the house rules - leaving washing up, not recycling rubbish correctly etc. Did not give a very welcoming atmosphere.
