Spacious and comfortable. We loved having the couch, and the kitchen. It was more like a condo than a hotel room.
My confirmation said the pool was closed, and it was not. One of the blinds in the room wasn’t working, but that is about it. The bed was comfy, but most hotel beds are nothing like home. A mattress topper would make all the difference.

Good location. Right off 295.
For a hotel with a rating of 80, this hotel was underwhelming and overpriced. Significant wear and tear. In need of a refresh. Also, our room had a dirty floor, bed only had 3 pillows for a king (we got an additional one from front desk), there should have been additional pillow/sheets for pullout couch.
We have stayed at other hotels in RI with lower rating in far better shape. Maybe the reviews are fake?
