Puikiai įrengtas butas-studija, geras kainos-kokybės santykis, netoli Batumio senamiestis, didžiausias turgus, mikroautobusų stotis, gausu aplink restoranų, kavinių, kepyklų, kur nuostabus nebrangus vietinis maistas, vaisiai, daržovės, labai skanus ir pigus naminis vynas kvančkara, kindzmarauli ir kt. Atskridau čia, tiesą sakant, skaniai pavalgyti, mėgautis naminiu pigiu vynu iš turgaus - po 3€ už 1 l.:). Gerai šeimininko - visų remonto ir statybos darbų meistro savomis rankomis įrengtas 1 kambario butas - studija. Patogi lova ir pagalvės, visi buitiniai patogumai gerai veikia, indai, stalo įrankiai yra čia, nieko patiems nereikia daugiau čia vežtis, nebent šlepetes. Švaru, tvarkinga viskas. Nuostabūs draugiški šeimininkai - Romanas ir Šorena.

Nebuvo kas nepatktų.

The location of the apartment is great, although it's not close to the beach it's near shops and transport locations. The owner is very friendly and has built this place by himself.

When I arrived my originally booked room was still occupied by another guest who according to the owner had overstayed. So I was offered another room but it was 33% more expensive. Which other option did I have than to accept? Also the room was not located at the address described in the booking website but rather at 66 Sukhumi street, which is just two streets away, so no problem for me. I also have to admit that the room was not clean (enough). I could find other peoples hair especially in the bathroom.
